My sister thinks I look like John Mayer in her Fedora. She’s crazy.
There were tons of boxes and stuff in there. I never knew cleaning could feel so good!
Also, I built this today. Two years ago one of my best friends passed away in a car accident. I built two crosses for him and his friend that was in the vehicle. One cross snapped due to a knot in the wood. I’ve built this one out of 4”x4” wood, so it should hold up a lot better compared to the 2”x4” I used in the previous one. They stand just over five feet tall. When the other one eventually breaks I’ll replace it also. I guess this is me venting my frustration about how much I miss him.
My dad is awesome. He bought me four timers for the lamps so I don’t have to worry about night/day temperatures anymore. Now my snakes can have regular day and night times with no worries!
In addition, he looked at my schematics for a reptile holder I was planning on building so I can stack my snakes (give me more floorspace in my bedroom.) Without being asked he decided to change some of the measurements to make it more flush and better fitting. After which he decided to help me build the entire thing and said he’ll pick up some stain in the next couple weeks so I can make it real dark to match my bedroom set.
